From file. To foundry.
We start with your artwork. We prepare the model, produce the pattern and arrange its delivery to the foundry.
Model assessment
Geometry, scale, sectioning, orientation, critical surfaces and missing information are reviewed.
Foundry alignment
Shrinkage, critical tolerances, gates, subsequent operations and process strategy are clarified with the receiving foundry.
Pattern production
The sacrificial pattern is produced, assembled and finished to the approved scope.
Checks and delivery
Visual and dimensional checks, leak testing when applicable, documentation, protection and shipping.
The work continues at the foundry
We deliver a pattern prepared for the agreed process. The foundry handles gating, investment, pattern removal and casting. We agree on this handover before production.
